Puerto Vallarta
is no longer the well-kept secret of the artists,
writers and Hollywood stars who first “discovered” it in
the
1960s, “PV” (as it is affectionately known) still
retains the essence of the quaint fishing village it
once was. Here is Viejo Vallarta, the quaint old town
with its cobblestone streets,
red-tiled roofs and
bustling market. Ride past fruit plantations and rustic
towns on a 21-speed mountain bike or saddle your mount
for a ride along the Mascota River. You may be even
able to enjoy a swim, on horseback! Get up close and
personal with our intelligent, finned friends at the
Dolphin Adventure center or enjoy a relaxing day of sun
and fun on beautiful Banderas Bay!
Enjoy the day exploring
Mazatlán’s
long, white-sand beaches, lined with open-air bistros
and
fun-loving bars. Mazatlan is the home of Mexico's
largest shrimp fleet and numerous beachside restaurants
specializing in this tasty creature, and the price of
the day depends on your powers of persuasion. Explore
the colonial villages of the Sierra Madres and hold your
breath as you watch the Papantla Flyers work their
acrobatic magic. Go shopping, visit the local art
galleries or go sightseeing among the colonial
buildings.
Cabo San Lucas
is Mexico’s “jewel” at the tip of Baja where the desert
meets the sea. The dramatic rock formations marking “Land’s End” are a spectacular sight! Explore the town
or take a deluxe coastal whale watching cruise. At least
six different types of whales spout and breach as they
swim around the Gulf. They include the California grey
whales, the finbacks, the humpbacks and the mighty blue
whales-the largest animal ever to inhabit the earth.
Keep your camera handy. The Cousteau Society has done
some of their very best film-making right here!

One
of Carnival’s newest ships! A masterpiece in the art of having fun, the CARNIVAL PRIDE
has everything you could want on your vacation. Outdoors, you’ll love her pools,
whirlpools, Carnival’s Twister Waterslide and Sliding Sky Dome, which covers the aft pool
in the event of a shower. The indoor excitement includes pampering at Spa Carnival,
playing your favorite games at the Winner’s Club casino and dining and dancing the night
away!
We hope you can join us on this very special voyage!
